It definitely looked like they were putting their operations on pause.
[And while multiple trucks might just be because they had a lot to move, they also might be headed for different directions!
The mention of the black market gets a hum.]
I'll have to speak to some of my contacts, then... I'm not well versed in the current market, but I know a few people.
