In theory, you could have it amputated eventually. It would probably be easier than restoring your ears. However, the surgeons would need to understand how it's attached to your spine, and if it's possible to amputate it without causing serious damage to your nerves and spine.

Chimera procedures aren't done with the intention of being reversible.
