[Once again, Manabu is saying/doing something that gives Grey simultaneous swells of exasperation and affection. However, he supposes it makes sense that Manabu would have drifted off. Isn't it supposed to be relaxing when you have someone grooming you? At least, if it's someone you trust, as Manabu inexplicably trusts Grey?
